Whilst having vast experience and familiarity within appellate and apex court of Malaysia, also advises on cross-border disputes involving foreign entities.
Does specialist Counsel work, and has been brought in to argue in many high-profile cases at High Court and appellate courts.
Outside of litigation, advises SMEs, heavy industries and O&G companies. Also represented clients in shareholder, partnership and acquisition related agreements across various industries.
