Called to the Malaysian Bar in 2012; and joined the firm as a Partner in 2018.
Often engaged in various civil and commercial disputes involving multi-national corporations’ relating to breach of contract, defamation, partnership disputes, breach of directors’ duties, restructuring and insolvency, construction defects, estate planning involving high-net worth individuals, family inheritance disputes and probate disputes.
Also been engaged as counsel in fraud matters arising from, amongst others, investment agreements, loan disputes, disputes of sale and purchase transactions of commercial properties, industrial relations, and employment disputes.
Has also acted in disputes pertaining to political parties, disputes relating to joint-ventures of development lands in Kuala Lumpur, landlord and tenant disputes and aviation disputes.
Outside of litigation, advises SMEs, heavy industries, government-linked companies, Banks, and O&G companies.
